Q:It asks for a blank disk to be inserted into dvd burner even if a blank disk is already in it.

A:In this case, it is most probably because the blank disk you used is not supported by your dvd burner or the quality of the blank disk is poor, so please use some namebrand DVDr/rw disk, such as Memorex, Fulifilm, Verbatim. Please try a namebrand DVDr/rw disk then press "ignore". You may test if you can burn with it.
