Q:When I copy a DVD, it "burn failed" everytime.

A:Please select 4x or 1x as burning speed in the Advanced Option and use namebrand DVDr/rw disc, such as Memorex, Fujifilm, or Verbatim for example. If you burn D9 blank disc (8.5GB), please burn at 2.4X.
