Copying movies to a DVD-5 disc needs 4.7 GB free disc space, while copying to a DVD-9 disc needs 8.5 GB free disk space. For Blu-ray copying, 50GB free disk space is a must. Besides, a NTFS partition is necessary to copy Blu-ray movies.
