Why can't TVISTO play the files copied by DVD-9 to DVD-9?

The device supports so many formats but not DVD movies, so you can't play DVD movies with it. The device supports ISO files. You can play the movie backed up with "Full 1:1 DVD disc copy" which converts DVD movie into the ISO format.
The device supports MPEG1/2/4 (AVI, VOB, ISO DVD, DIVX, XVID/VOD, MPG) with subtitle support for video, jpeg for pictures (up to 8 megapixel resolution) and WAV, MP3, AAC, WMA, AC3 and OGG for audio with Dolby Digital 5.1 surround support.
