How to send the log file and IFO files?

1. Please insert the DVD movie that you have problem with and then find the shortcut "DVD-Cloner Smart Analyser tool" in the Start Menu.

2. Please double click on the shortcut "DVD-Cloner Smart Analyser tool" and then click on the "Start scan" button.

3. Please save the output zip file onto your computer and give it a name.

4. Please email the zip file to our support team by attachment.
