What is the product ID? Do I need it?

You need to know the Product ID on your software when you need to register on an off-line PC or can't register with your code.  You can find it on the registration window. At the top of the window is your product ID, and something like " 2BC4CD78" is you product ID. Please click HERE to contact our support team. We will help you register on your computer.
