If you are experiencing an issue with your DVD burning, the first thing you should do is to check if you can select your DVD burner from the target drop-down bar in the expert interface of your DVD-Cloner software. It's important to make sure that your DVD burner supports the DVDr/rw disc you're using.

If you're using a DVDr/rw disc, it's important to format the disc before burning. It's also recommended to use 4x namebrand DVDr/rw discs, such as Memorex, Fujifilm, or Verbatim.
