Why Hasn't Technical Support Responded to My Questions?

It's understandable to feel frustrated when you don't receive an answer from Technical Support right away. We strive to answer all tickets and emails within 24 hours, but there are a few reasons why you may not receive a response in that time frame.

First, if you contacted us through the online support center, please click the link in the auto-reply to view our answers. This is the most common reason why you may not have received a response.

Second, if you contacted us via email, make sure that the size of your email is less than 30KB. Our system will identify any email over 30KB as virus-infected and will not be delivered.

Third, due to ISP shielding, your message may be returned or blocked. In this case, please send us your email via a different email address.

Finally, the increasing demand for DVD-Cloner products and services can sometimes keep our servers occupied and prevent us from receiving your emails in a timely fashion. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are always working to improve our response times.
