Q: iPod-Cloner says there is no disc loaded, but DVD-Cloner sees the disc and will clone it.

A: Please see if you have selected the option "Enable DVD driver's auto-run function" in Setup. Please select the option "Enable DVD driver's auto-run function" in Setup and then reboot your PC and try again.
