Q: It cannot transfer video from computer to iPhone.

A: Please try the steps below. You can get good quality on iPhone.

1. Please select H264 in Codec; select 480*320 in width and height. You can't find 360 in height. Please just input 360 with keyboard.
2. Please open Advance then select 1500 in Video bitrate.
3. You need to transfer your output files with iTunes.
