How to copy a DVD-9 movie?


A: To copy with the Express interface:
Step 1: Insert the source DVD into the DVD drive and run DVD-Cloner.
Step 2: Click on the "Copy a DVD movie to a blank DVD-5" or "Copy a DVD movie to a blank DVD-9" button and DVD-Cloner will begin to read data.
Step 3: After the reading is completed, the drive ejects automatically. Insert the target DVD±R/RW (DL) and DVD-Cloner will begin to copy.
Step 4: Completed!
To copy with the Expert interface:
Step 1: Run DVD-Cloner and select the "Copy a DVD movie disc to a DVD±R (DL) or to the hard disk" copy mode in the Expert interface. Step 2: Specify the source DVD disc and then click on "Next".
Step 3: Select a copy mode and click on "Next".
There are six copy modes for you to choose below:
A. Movie complete copy
Compress one DVD-9 movie to a blank DVD-5 disc, with menus and special features included.
The function of selecting the audio track(s) and subtitle(s) is available in this copy mode. (The default is to select all. Please note that the audio track and subtitle doesn't occupy a lot of disc space. To make a perfect DVD, it is suggested that you select all.)
B. Full 1:1 DVD disc copy
This copy mode brings you an excellent burn experience. The copied disc will remain 100% same to the original, no quality loss!
C. Movie-only copy
Copy the main movie on the original DVD disc to a blank DVD-5 disc, with menus and special features omitted.
The function of selecting the audio track(s) and subtitle(s) is available in this copy mode. (The default is to select all. Please note that the audio track and subtitle doesn't occupy a lot of disc space. To make a perfect DVD, it is suggested that you select all.)
D. Split one DVD-9 movie to two DVD-5 discs
Split the DVD-9 movie to two blank DVD-5 discs, with menus and special features included.
E. Movie customized copy
In this copy mode you can select your desired title(s) and chapter(s) to copy, adjust the compression rate and select DVD-5 or DVD-9 as the target DVD as well as select the audio track(s) and subtitle(s).
F. Rip the main movie to MKV
Rip the main movie to the hard disk with MKV format.
Step 4: Set the output mode. In this window, you can select your DVD movie to a blank disc or the hard disk as ISO image file or DVD folder. Then click on the "Next" button. If you have selected to rip DVD to MKV format in Step 3, then you can select a saving path and set the movie name on the next interface.
Step 5: Affirm the copy configuration and click on the "Start" button.
Step 6: It starts reading the DVD disc.
Step 7: After reading, please insert a blank DVD±R/RW(DL), close the drive and click "OK". Then it will begin to copy. If you have selected to burn the DVD movie to the hard disk drive in Step 4, this step will be skipped.
Step 8: Completed!
